Abstract: The early rotary tripper was designed to trip C60 type open wagon. However, at present, the C70 type open wagon becomes current type in railway transportation. Taking the ZFJ-100 type rotary tripper of Fularji Power Plant of Huadian Energy Corporation Limited as example, the carrying capacity of early rotary tripper was analyzed; some reformation measures were adopted; and it was ensured that the early rotary tripper can fit to C70 type open wagon commendably.
