Abstract: The limestonegypsum wet desulphurization technology was adopted in the FGD system of a power plant. During the limestone slurry is flowing into the absorption tower, in a short time, the limestone slurry flow into the tower rapidly reduced from 20m3/h to 4m3/h. After the pipeline had been washed, the phenomenon appeared once again. The reasons of the repeatedly reducing of the limestone slurry flow into the absorption tower were analyzed; some operation control measures were put forward; and the problem was under control.
