Analysis on reason of refusing to act of electromagnetic valve in emergency tripping system of steam turbine

Abstract

Abstract: In a 600MW unit, the electromagnetic valve refused to act, which caused that the pressure of fireresistant oil could not relieve, and the steam turbine could not stop，and this brings potential safety hazard for unit reliable operation. Considering the quality of the fireresistant oil, the daily operation of the equipments and other factors, the reasons of the fault were analyzed. The accident treatment method was given. So the emergency tripping system can act reliably, and safe operation of the unit was ensured.
