Abstract: Aiming at the difficulties that the main control system of wind turbine generator system is short of effective testing method at present，a design method of a simulating testing system for main control system of wind turbine generator system was proposed, in which the computer technology and the communication technology are combined. The principle, the software design and the test mode of the testing system were introduced. Using the developed testing system, the quality problems of the wind turbine's main control system in development period can be found out correctly, quickly and all sidedly, which is useful for development and test of the wind turbine's main control system.
