Construction process and operation essentials of prestressed concrete cylinder pipe

Abstract

Abstract: The prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP) is widely applied at home. Taking the manufacturing of DN 2400 embedded prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCPE) for water delivery project phase II of the Dahuofang Reservoir as example; the construction technology and process flow of PCCP were introduced, and the operation essentials of main processes were expounded in detail. The results of this paper can be used as reference for production and development of PCCP.
