Abstract: Taking Shanghai Fengxian Gas Turbine Power Generation Company Limited as example, the features of human resource management under the simplified, higheffective and flat enterprise management mode were analyzed. Combining with the practical situation of ‘heavy task for less staffs’, a management thought of human resource management optimization and innovation and synchronous development of talent and enterprise was proposed. The management thought was implemented and good effect was obtained.
