Abstract

Abstract: The basic state of Shanghai Huadian Xinzhuang Distributed Energy Power Station was introduced based on the gas turbine LM6000. The purpose of the optimization of human resource management was expounded. The basic employment mode of distributed energy power station was analyzed. The concrete measures for optimization of human resource management were put forward.
