Analysis on safety emergency disposal of power plant and countermeasures

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract:Taking the “11.5” accident of Togtoh Power Generation Company Limited as example, the daily emergency management, the scheme formulation, the disposal countermeasures and the process control were analyzed. The importance and the consideration factors of previous preparation for abnormal transmission line tripping, the operation mode of the command system in disposal process, the factors of exception handling and the prevention of secondary disasters were expounded. It was pointed out emphatically that must do our best to control, lighten and eliminate the damage caused by electric safety accident and to improve the ability of emergency disposal further.
