Development of online fault monitoring system of boiler soot blower

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract:Combining with practical situation of the 350MW boiler soot blower of Huadian Tengzhou Xinyuan Thermal Power Company Limited, the reasons of the faults of power plant boiler soot blower were analyzed. An online fault monitoring system of boiler soot blower was developed, and the online soot blower fault monitoring and alarm were realized. The online fault monitoring system of boiler soot blower can prompt the operators and the maintainers to eliminate the fault of the soot blower timely.
