Analysis on generic objectoriented substation events test

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract:The concept and basic functions of the generic objectoriented substation events (GOOSE) were introduced. The measuring methods of several GOOSEs commonused in intelligent substation were analyzed. In the measuring, according to the design principle, various phenomena can be simulated to decide if the GOOSE report receive scheme can meet the design requirement.
