Abstract: Abstract:Aiming at the unstable furnace pressure, an optimized control strategy of furnace pressure control system was proposed. In the control strategy, the variable gain control is used to enhance the deviation restraining ability of the system and minimize the fluctuation of the furnace negative pressure; meanwhile, a furnace pressure override control is added to fast reduce the movable blade angle of the induced graft fan to improve the furnace pressure condition. It was verified by the disturbance test and the test curves analysis that the optimized control strategy has some advantages, which include the strong antiinterference capability, the strong ability to adapt to variable condition and strong ability to follow the control goal. Comparing with conventional control strategy, the optimized control strategy has stronger adaptation and robustness.
