Abstract:Along with the environmental requirement becomes more and more strict, to dismantle the flue gas bypass becomes a new research topic. Taking the Luohe Power Generation Company Limited as example, the significance of demolition of flue gas bypass in limestonegypsum wet desulphurization system was analyzed. The feasibility of the desulphurization system logical control scheme before and after demolition of the bypass was expounded. The result in this paper can be used as reference for handling with similar problems.

Abstract:There are some risks in unit operation after the desulphurization bypass of the unit was cancelled. The risks were analyzed. Some measures of the logic optimization, the operation optimization and the equipment reformation were adopted. After the system had been reformed, the operation reliability of the desulphurization system was improved, and the operation period of the desulphurization system is suitable for the repair cycle of the unit.

Abstract:In the old units of thermal power plants, the installation site was not reserved for flue gas denitration equipment. The original basis can not satisfy the strength requirement of the denitration equipment. Taking the denitration reformation project of the 2×300MW unit of Shanxi Zhangshan Power Generation Company Limited Phase I as research object, the basis planting steel bar and strengthening scheme, the technical requirements and the construction technology were summarized and analyzed. The equipment safety was ensured, and the reformation was accomplished successfully.

Abstract:After the bypass damper of unit No.1 of Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant had been cancelled, a runback logic for main machine when the booster fan failed and tripped was designed. The main function of the runback logic is that after the booster fan failed and tripped, the runback logic will act, the unit will execute a series action automatically to reduce the unit load, the relevant mill exhauster will trip, the fuel feed will decrease, the target load of the unit will be reduced, will be put into furnace to help combustion. Then the fan and the whole unit can operate safely.

Abstract:Aiming at the unstable furnace pressure, an optimized control strategy of furnace pressure control system was proposed. In the control strategy, the variable gain control is used to enhance the deviation restraining ability of the system and minimize the fluctuation of the furnace negative pressure; meanwhile, a furnace pressure override control is added to fast reduce the movable blade angle of the induced graft fan to improve the furnace pressure condition. It was verified by the disturbance test and the test curves analysis that the optimized control strategy has some advantages, which include the strong antiinterference capability, the strong ability to adapt to variable condition and strong ability to follow the control goal. Comparing with conventional control strategy, the optimized control strategy has stronger adaptation and robustness.

Abstract:The directional element is a major part of relay protection function elements. The memory voltage of directional element is used to ensure the right action during threephase outlet fault. Based on Fourier algorithm, the influence of the frequency deviation of the power system on amplitude and phase of the current and voltage were analyzed. The action features of the positive sequence directional element were discussed in depth. Aiming at the problems of memory voltage of directional element during fault occurrence of power system with frequency deviation, a rational solution was given.

Abstract:The author put forward runback control strategy in order to resolve soaring back pressure of the 600MW direct air cooling unit.Back pressure protection logically system of 600MW subcritical direct aircooling unit were optimized, risks of environmental strong wind may generate hot air back flow above air cooling island and with soaring back pressure, direct aircooling unit may trip were reduced. Abstract:The temporary location of the Q601 mechanical module of unit No.1 in Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant could not meet the requirements of the outstanding items construction. Aiming at above problem, various restriction factors in site were analyzed, and the module integral secondary shifting, lifting and fixing scheme of Q601 module before site outstanding items construction was developed. Meanwhile, according to the outstanding items condition of the module, the scheme of erecting scaffold for construction platform was decided, and the temporary support used for items lifting was designed. Abstract:In fire protection water system of hydropower station, the traditional communication scheme is Modbus communication including one master station and multiple slave stations, and there is serious delay problem in this communication mode. A cascade PLC communication solution was proposed. The hardware and communication algorithm software were optimized and improved. The program period time of the central processing unit of PLC was decreased. The traffic rate and the response speed of the communication system were improved greatly.

Abstract:A tube crack accident of the boiler rear plate superheater in a power plant occurred. The macroscopic examination, the microstructure analysis and the thickness measurement of the oxide skin on internal wall were down for the cracked tube. Combining with the formation mechanism of the oxide skin, it was determined that the tube crack accident of the rear plate superheater is caused by overtemperature at long time and decreasing of the tube wall thickness. Based on the examination results of the rear plate superheater, the measures to ensure safe operation at long term were proposed.

Abstract:In operation of the water intake pump of a coalfired power plant, the vibration of the pump exceeded permitted limit. The reasons of the vibration were analyzed, and it was pointed out that the main reasons causing the overoflimit vibration are the external pipeline stress, the insufficient lubricating water pressure and the poor lubricating water quality. During operation, the vibration of the coal feeder caused several faults of the control cabinet, which include the connection wire loosing, the board cards falling off, the board cards failure and the supply voltage fluctuation. The control cabinet had been separated from the coal feeder and installed in a better position. The faults of the control cabinet caused by vibration of the coal feeder were avoided. Abstract:The Huadian Baotou Hexi Power Plant uses the output water of the Baotou Southern Suburb Sewage Treatment Plant and the output water of the Advanced Treatment Station of the Baotou Steel Company as own water source. The treatment technology “Biological aerated filter + Lime clarifier + Vfilter” was adopted to treat the water, and the treated water was reused as supplementary water of circulating water. The fresh water resource was saved, and the contradiction of insufficient water resource was relieved. The economic benefit and social effect of the project are favorable.
