Factors causing higher exhaust gas temperature of boiler and treatment measures

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract:In Shandong Century Electric Power Development Company Limited, the boiler exhaust gas temperature of unit No.5 is higher due to blended combustion of inferior coal in large percentages. The factors influencing on the exhaust gas temperature were analyzed one by one. The operation mode was adjusted, and the boiler exhaust gas temperature was reduced effectively. The boiler efficiency was improved.
