Using the finite element software, the strength of the construction truss structure was analyzed. A truss structure optimization scheme was proposed, and adopting the scheme, the calculation result can satisfy requirements of relevant specifications.

Abstract:Taking the coal pulverizing system of the 600MW supercritical unit as example, the control strategy of automatic startup and shutdown of the coal pulverizing system was introduced. The function groups of mill heat soaking, mill startup and mill shutdown were designed. The technical difficulties of each function group were analyzed. The concrete control processes of each function group were given. The automatic startup and shutdown control of the coal pulverizing system was realized, and the effectiveness and the rationality of the control strategy were verified by the operation result of the system.

Abstract:The composition of the electriclifting formwork platform structure was introduced. Using the ALGOR software, the finite element analysis on the structure of a type of electriclifting formwork platform was down. The analysis results show that the combined stress of integral structure of the electriclifting formwork platform occurs in the central arch ring, and the stress of the arch ring is closely related to the layout mode of the supporting beam of the arch above plane and the web member of the arch and the locating place of the shape steel. According to the analysis results, the platform structure was strengthened and improved.

Abstract:The structure of hydraulic lifting frame was introduced. Using ANSYS software, the finite element analysis of the structure of the hydraulic lifting frame was carried out. The strength, the rigidity and the stability of the lifting fame structure were analyzed, and the unreasonable parts of the structure design were improved and enhanced. The result in this paper can be used as useful finite element design method for hydraulic lifting frame structure design.

Abstract:The structure and the specification of the upflow limestone contact chamber were introduced. The design conditions of the upflow limestone contact chamber were analyzed. The superficial velocity and the empty bed contact time were calculated. The quality of the mineralized water, the performance of the limestone contact chamber under low flow and the quality of the limestone were expounded. The Langelier Saturation Index of the desalinated seawater after mineralization treatment using upflow limestone contact chamber is near to zero, so the water is more suitable for people drink.

Abstract:The gasgas heaters of many domestic thermal power units were cancelled, which caused a lot of waste heat in flue gas. To install the lowtemperature economizer can utilize the waste heat effectively, but it will cause serious lowtemperature corrosion in the heat surface. Depending on the coalfired boiler of a 600MW aircooled unit, an application scheme of novel fluoroplasticmade lowtemperature economizer was researched. Abstract:Aiming at high consumption of fuel oil for startup of lean coalfired boiler, the pure oxygen ignition system of a power generation company was reformed, and a startup mode “recurrently heating from deaerator to startup flash tank” was adopted. The startup fuel oil consumption of the unit was reduced obviously. The better economic benefit was obtained, and the cost of the reformation can be recovered for a year.

Abstract:The general situation of the Indonesia Bali Island Coalfired Power Plant was introduced. The technical parameters about the main transformer ratio were checked. It was found that there were some contradictions in the main transformer ratio technical requirement proposed by Indonesia National Electric Power Company. The ratio of the main transformer was calculated. Aiming at above problem, the project contractor communicated with Indonesia National Electric Power Company, and the requirement of technical parameters of the main transformer was amended.

Abstract:The mills used in the ultra supercritical unit of Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant project phase IV are the doubleended, positive pressure directfired drumtype ball mills. The problems existed in the material level measurement system of the mills were introduced. The reliability of the material level measurement system of the mills was studied. Abstract:Vibration monitoring is recognized as effective tool for the detection and early diagnosis of gas turbine fault. The article summarized vibration fault detection methods for gas turbine blade, introduced spectrum analysis, wavelet analysis, neural network and fuzzy theory prejudgment analysis and modelbased analysis methods in detail. The results show that, by adequately extracting the dynamic signal, most types of blades dysfunctions can be diagnosed.

Abstract:The 600MW tangentially pulverized coalfired boiler in a power plant was taken as research object. The numerical simulation method was adopted. Under the rated condition, the influence of the traditional burner arrangement scheme, the separated overfire air (SOFA) nozzle position and SOFA air rate on the NOx emission concentration was analyzed. The speed distribution, the temperature distribution, the components distribution and the NOx concentration distribution in furnace under different schemes were researched emphatically. The computation results show that to adopt the air staged combustion technology can improve the temperature distribution and the components distribution in furnace, the fullness of air flow in furnace is also improved. The rational arrangement of OFA is useful for reducing NOx emission concentration effectively.

Abstract:The theory and the technology route of the variable energy level system for deep utilization of boiler flue gas waste heat were introduced. The features of the energysaving effect calculation of the system were described. The technical and economical performance of exhaust gas temperature deep reducing technology was analyzed. In the system, the hightemperature flue gas is used to heat the condensate water of the turbine, and the lowtemperature flue gas is used to heat the forced air of the boiler. By the method, more squeezedout power can be obtained, and the coldend protection of the air preheater can realized all year around. Comparing the system with conventional lowpressure economizer, the net coal consumption rate is reduced by 0.5~0.6g/(kW•h), the coldend comprehensive temperature of the air preheater is increased by 30~40℃, the steam consumption for boiler forced air heating in winter is reduced to zero. The system is applicable to the boilers with relative lower exhaust gas temperature to recover the waste heat deeply.
