Analysis on reasons of problems occurred in operation of directfired pulverizing system and treatment

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract:After the newbuilt 2×600MW unit of Luzhou Power Plant was put into operation, some problems always existed in operation of the coal pulverizing system, which include the blockage of the mills and the separators, the abnormal condition of the measurement points in the system, the surge of the primary air fan and others. The reasons of the problems were analyzed. The treatment measures were proposed and adopted, and the problems in the directfired pulverizing system were controlled effectively.
