Analysis on reasons of material level fault of doubleended ball mill of 1000MW unit and treatment

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract:The mills used in the ultra supercritical unit of Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant project phase IV are the doubleended, positive pressure directfired drumtype ball mills. The problems existed in the material level measurement system of the mills were introduced. The reliability of the material level measurement system of the mills was studied. The fault reasons were analyzed, and the improvement scheme was proposed. After the material level measurement systems were improved, the material levels of the twelve mills are all normal, and the mills can operate normally in designed material level.
