Influence of cutting highpressure heater system off on unit thermal economy performance under variable operating conditions

  • Contact: 摘要:基于汽轮机变工况理论,分析汽轮机机组切除高压加热器系统后的热经济性指标变化情况,依据指标变化幅度判断切除高压加热器系统的经济性影响。高压加热器系统切除后,机组的热耗率增加较为明显,热力系统循环热效率下降,发电煤耗上升。高压加热器系统停用时间越长,造成的经济损失越明显。

Abstract: Abstract:Based on the theory of variable operating conditions of steam turbine, the variation of the thermal economy performance indexes of the steam turbine unit after the HP heater had been cut off was analyzed. According to the amplitude of the index variation, the influence of cutting the HP heater off on economic efficiency was estimated. After the HP heater was cut off, the heat rate of the unit increases obviously, the cycle thermal efficiency of the system decreases, and the gross coal consumption rate increases. For more long time the HP heater is stopped, the caused economic loss is more obvious.
