Abstract: Abstract:Under the situation of market economy, affected by national police of new energy development and energy conservation and emission reduction, the medium and small thermal power units and the inland power units far away from coal mine, which have poor competitiveness, may be closed down and obsoleted. To become the emergency reserved power generation capacity of the power grid to improve the antirisk capacity of the grid is feasible option of above power enterprises to ensure self survival. The measures to ensure the reliability and economic efficiency of the emergency reserved power generation units were given, which can be used as reference for these power units in role transition.
