Abstract: Abstract:The operation mechanism of hydraulic coupler were introduced. The influences of various hydraulic coupler parameters on belt conveyor performances, the parameters including transmission power, braking torque and brake closing time, strain and initial position of strained drum on the effect of belt conveyor working condition were analyzed. Based on these, it further elaborated designing few factors in the process of belt conveyor installation and commissioning were discussed.
