Description of fuel management of thermal power enterprises in brief

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract:The fuel cost is always the main part of the total operation cost of a thermal power enterprise, and the fuel management becomes the priority among priorities of thermal power enterprise operation and management. The fuel basic management, the fuel purchase, the fuel planning and transport, the fuel checkout and storage were expounded separately, and the targeted management measures were proposed. The result of this paper can be used as reference for thermal power enterprises in fuel management.
