Analysis on reasons of abnormal coal feeding rate of CS2024 electronic weighing coal feeder and treatment

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract:In operation of CS2024 electronic weighing coal feeder, a problem of abnormal coal feeding rate occurred, which deteriorated performance of the combustion control system directly. The output power of the unit was limited, and the unit operation safety was affected. The reasons of abnormal coal feeding rate were analyzed. The preventive measures were proposed, and better result was obtained.
