Abstract:For a ringtype coal feeder, which is widely used in coal storage silo system, its design should be optimized to avoid silo sliding under the condition of ensuring the stable operation and output of equipment. This paper analyzes the reason of coal storage sliding of ringtype coal feeder silo, and proposes a solution of adding wearresisting plate on the edge of coal bearing plate for the purpose of guaranteeing the depositing angle at falling point is less than the repose angle of coal.
