Abstract:At present, 600MW ultracritical unit usually adopted incorporated startup method of both electricity and steam driven water supply pump. To solve the problem of high current and large energy consumption, the advantage and procedure of only applying steam driven water supply pump was introduced. After this change, power consumption was reduced. Time from synchronization to denitration system started was shorten by one and a half hour. Environmental protection competitiveness was remarkably enhanced. 
