Abstract:

This paper introduced the steam extraction transformation scheme of reheat steam and main steam lines for a homemade 300MW condensing power unit, and through theoretical calculation and experiment, it acquired the extraction flows at low and high temperature parts of reheating pipe under different load conditions for every unit. The study showed that through multisource industrial steam supply transformation of 300MW condensing power unit, it realized the maximum heat supply of 1.5MPa industrial steam per unit up to 170t/h, which provided a reference for the heating transformations of other 300MW condensing power units, such as Alstom and Dongfang.
