    This paper introduced leadacid battery classic first order model and topological structure of charging and discharging circuit. Control method of bidirectional converter under active and positive power source and V/f source accumulation system was studied. Base on the incident of micro grid failure caused by V/f source overcharged, a stable state of charge (SOC) control strategy based on island mode was indicated. Which is keeping low rate charge and discharge by controlling the SOC to slightly fluctuate around threshold. The simulation on EMTDC/PSCAD software proved the effectiveness. This strategy provided a solution for the stability of micro grid under island mode.

    Intelligent substation localization requires uniformed interface. By integrated design, functions of multiple cards were integrated into a single chip. This required more powerful calculating ability. The process chip based on ARM structure is low power consumption and fast speed, which satisfied the requirement of localized devices. This paper introduced the ARM chip to realize the design and application of localized relay protection device. Based on the IEC 61850 modeling method, a simulation and test system was developed to test the functions and performance of localized devices.

    In this paper, running conditions and main failure modes of low pressure evaporators in heat recovery boilers of several gas power plants of Huadian Corporation were investigated. The result shows that flow accelerated corrosion (FAC) is the main reason of tube leakage in low pressure evaporators. After that, this paper expounded the corrosion mechanism and its influencing factors of FAC, and proposed some countermeasures from the aspects of design, material selection, operation and maintenance, etc.

    This paper introduced the steam extraction transformation scheme of reheat steam and main steam lines for a homemade 300MW condensing power unit, and through theoretical calculation and experiment, it acquired the extraction flows at low and high temperature parts of reheating pipe under different load conditions for every unit. The study showed that through multisource industrial steam supply transformation of 300MW condensing power unit, it realized the maximum heat supply of 1.5MPa industrial steam per unit up to 170t/h, which provided a reference for the heating transformations of other 300MW condensing power units, such as Alstom and Dongfang.

    Heat pump circulating technology and power and heat plant circulating water waste heat utilization was introduced. Absorption pump could use cold source heat loss for urban heat supply. System solved existing problems of power and heat plant centralized heat supply. Take a thermal power plant’s 4×200MW unit in Hebei Province as example, after applied absorption heat pump, heat supply increased by 300GJ/h, annual coal consumption reduced by 34000t. Emission of CO2,SO2, NOx and flow gas effectively reduced. Social benefits and economic benefits are outstanding.

Air cooling island fluid field simulation and noise estimation was carried out based on Fluent acoustics module. Which indicated that Fluent effectively simulated fluid field.     Based on Jiantou Chengde Power and Heat Company Limited 350MW unit, cause of rotary air preheater main shaft stalling failure was analyzed. After internal inspection and flue gas temperature curve analysis, air preheater rotatable parts were conformed function properly. Combined with motor current trend before and after failure, the main cause was determined as transmission part failure. After reducer disassemble inspection, it was found that final drive gear bearing inner race fracture, retainer damage and transmission lost. After changing failed bearing, air preheater returned to normal. Combined with monitoring data, the failure process was reproduced. Preventive advices were provided.

    Take the distributed energy station reconstruction project in Shanghai as an example, the distributed energy system pollutant emission varying trend was studied. Based on the distributed energy system environmental benefits evaluation model, the environmental benefits and cost of distributed energy system and traditional coalfired power was analyzed. The study result indicated that, compared with traditional power plant, the environmental index of distributed energy system is significantly higher. Environmental cost of distributed energy system is only onethirteenth of traditional coalfired power plant.
