Abstract

Abstract:

The generating unit of Vietnam Duyen Hai 3 Thermal Power Plant was overvibrating in noload and normal operating condition. Especially in generator temperaturerise test, the vibration value varied with variation of exciting value. After analysis, unit vibration was mainly caused by rotor imbalance. By site balance adjustment, the problem of overvibration was effectively solved.
