Reason analysis and prevention measures of inner wall corrosion of a boiler lowtemperature reheater

Abstract:

For the 330MW subcritical boiler of a certain power plant, two leakage accidents occurred due to the inner wall corrosion of platen reheater and wall type reheater. Combining with the tube cutting inspection on site, sediment test and analysis reports of metallographic and mechanical properties, this paper analyzed the corrosion reason of lowtemperature reheater from the aspects of chemical water treatment, operations of boiler startup and shutdown, etc. After that, it proposed the treatment scheme on site and corresponding anticorrosion measurements.
