Abstract:

According to the boilers’main operating technique points in the process of dry and wet state conversion, main parameters of the system operation and adjustment are controlled. Main parameters including feed capacity of water, feed capacity of coal, watercoal ratio, steam temperature, pressure and control method of units (parameter data under every working conditions) are analyzed. The key points are summarized to guide the operators to operate correctly and reliably. Improving the operation level can ensure the safety of unit in start and stop phrases.
