Protection and study on oxide coating of power station boilers

Abstract

Abstract:

Oxide coating seriously affects the safe and economic operation of power plants’ units. It introduces the protection and control technology of oxide coating based on the mechanism of its formation and spalling. It includes operation control, detection/assessment/ forecast of coating thickness and accumulation situation, chemical cleaning and changing tube. It provides a reference to the protection and control of oxide coating on heating surfaces,which is a guidance of safe operation of units.
