Abstract:

Taking 1000MW double reheat units of Guodian Taizhou Power Generator Company Limited, it introduce the control principle of  superheated steam, first and second reheat steam temperature for tower type double reheat boiler. Analyzing steam temperature’s control logic on proportion, integral and derivative (PID), it proposes a control logic for steam temperature regulating equipment of 1000MW double reheat units which can provides reference for unit control logic configuration and optimization of double reheat units.
