Unplanned outage analysis and optimization of circulating water control system of a unit

Abstract

Abstract:

Circulating water system is a basic system of a thermal power unit. The control quality of the system is directly related to the safety and economy of unit operation. It analyzes the direct and indirect causes of unplanned outage caused by the trip of circulating water pump. The control logic optimization is made on circulating water pump, circulating pump outlet butterfly valve and pump power cabinet. Advice on maintenance of butterflyvalve power station at pump outlet is proposed.It improves the safety and reliability of unit operation.
