Abstract:

There was a false opening during the operation of pressure control valve (PCV) of 680MW ultrasupercritical unit of Hubei Xisaishan Power Generation Company Limited. The cause of the failure is analyzed and a scheme which includes signal isolation grid, increasing decision circuit , partially reformation on circuits are put forward, which effectively improved the reliability of PCV valve control system.
