Abstract:

Based on the simplicity, convenience and powerful data processing function on vibration signal of the matlab language program, the timedomain analysis is performed on detected rolling bearing vibration signal. In the frequency domain and cepstrum analysis, an energy eigenvalue is used. The signal data is processed, and the trend curves of various eigenvalue parameters are obtained, so that the data of the rolling bearing can be more intuitively monitored and analyzed, and the life prediction can be performed.
