Abstract:

High back pressure heating is a highefficiency heating method that can recover the cold source loss of steam turbines to the utmost extent. The principle of high back pressure heating is introduced. Taking the high back pressure transformation of 2×350MW supercritical intercooling units in Kashi Thermal Power as an example, the main contents of high back pressure reform on supercritical intercooling units are introduced. At the same time, tests under the main working conditions are carried out. Analyzing the efficiency based on the testing data,it is proved that the high back pressure heating can effectively reduce the coal consumption of the unit, which is of great promotion value.
