Cause analysis and treatment of low vacuum of condenser in 660MW supercritical unit

Abstract

Abstract:

The steam turbine vacuum system is an important auxiliary system, and its tightness directly determines the economy and safety of the unit. According to the problem in the vacuum system of a newly commissioned 660MW supercritical steam turbine, the reasons for the low vacuum degree are analyzed from operation mode of the steam turbine, equipment maintenance and operation. Governance and measurements are carried out on steam pump, small unit shaft seal steam and condenser operation. During the overhaul,adjustment and treatment on vacuum system is made, which effectively improve the economy of the unit operation.
