Abstract

Abstract:

In order to ensure accurate and reliable data transfer form belt scales for coal as fire to the distant programmable logic controller (PLC) of coal conveying control system, to deal with Quantum 67160 PLC for Ramsey Micro-TechTM2000 series weighing display controller and coal conveying control system, a communication network based on ModBus protocol under the RS485 standard is established. The hardware interface, communication protocol, communication requirements for communication network and the software programmed by XXMIT function module are described. The problem of data communication between the coal conveying PLC and the weighing display controller is solved. The remote monitoring on electronic belt scales for coal as fire is realized.
