Discussion on energysaving scheme for cooperative desulfurization with liquid column injection and atomization spray

Abstract

Abstract:

To realize the energysaving operation of desulfurization system, a new scheme for cooperative desulfurization with liquid column injection and atomization spray was proposed.After removing 2 spray layers at bottom and adding 2 liquid column injection layers over the rotating coupling layer, slurry injection flow could be controlled by variablefrequency circulation pump.The scheme reduced the resistance of flue gas , and realized the linear adjustment and automatic control on the slurry circulation flow, which is of great energysaving effect.
