Explore the value of data for lifecycle management of large equipment

Abstract: With the informatization and rapid development of network technology worldwide, the traditional management model in power industry is in the critical transition to an intelligent management model. Enterprises take advanced information technology, big data and intelligent decisionmaking methods to achieve the intelligent optimized control on production information and management information of large equipment. The continuous development of big data technology has created conditions for the fullcoverage management for equipment. Realtime collection, monitoring, and analyses on production data of large equipment by specialized data acquisition module are made to establish associations between each component in mining equipment. By setting up visualization models,an intelligent operation and maintenance system and an intelligent lifecycle prediction system for the large equipment,and integrating various equipment component and their application scenarios,an intelligent production management system is established, which solves the difficulties in operation management. This system is the key to improving the intelligent lifecycle management of large equipment. Based on the operating characteristics with current management system, using big data analysis and mining technology to analyze the relationship between data and operating status during the operation, the intelligent maintenance and health assessment on large equipment can be realized. The important value of data for the lifecycle management of equipment is also been expounded.
