Abstract: With the deepening of technical supervision and management,the existing technical supervision and management methods cannot meet the demand for power generation enterprises.Based on a digital integrated management platform and a smart power plant framework,Hubei Huadian Wuchang Thermal Power Company Limited has developed a plantlevel technical supervision and management system which includes integrated management module,professional supervision module and contact center module.The development of each module is based on the technical supervision and management rules of the companies.To deepen professional supervision work for smart power plants,the system integrates relevant functions such as energysaving diagnosis,main and auxiliary machine malfunction warning and diagnosis,and equipment management.The system provides a systematic,standardized and intelligent solution for plantlevel technical supervision and establishes a foundation for further optimizing the production management of power generation enterprises.
