Problems of condenser rubber ball cleaning device occurred after pole changing reformation of circulating water pump and countermeasures

In the Guodian Huangjinbu Power Generation Company Limited, after the circulating water pump motor had been reformed by pole changing method, when

the lowspeed circulating water pump operates, the rubber ball recovery rate of the condenser rubber ball cleaning device was very low (below 50%). The

reason of low ball recovery rate was analyzed. At present，by improving the condition for putting the rubber ball cleaning device into operation, the rubber

ball recovery rate achieves above 95% when the lowspeed circulating pump operates, which can satisfy the requirement of the condenser cleaning.

