Abstract:

Designers in the fan selection process，lack software tools which can comprehensively process practical data. The workload is heavy, which may lead to errors and inconsistent results comparing with final documents. This software can analyze and calculate the parameters of fans’ test data, operation data and equipment type and help designers to conduct the fan selection process, to improve the unity and professionalism of the work and reduce the labor intensity. According to the optimization and model selection by this software on a 410t/h pulverized coal boiler’s powder evacuation machine, 114 thousand yuan can be saved per year. It proves a reference.
