Abstract:

The structure and process of large thermal power units with secondary reheat technology have been improved, which makes the overall control of the unit more complicated. In order to improve the regenerative efficiency of the highpressure heater system of the secondary reheat unit, based on the structure of the world’s first 1000MW ultrasupercritical secondary reheat unit highpressure heater system, the water level of the highpressure heater is adjusted and protection control strategy has been optimized according to the actual operation. The safety and reliable operation of the secondary reheat unit are secured.
