Design of antipurge device for improving the accuracy of boiler secondary air quantity measurement

Abstract

Abstract:

Through the sampling pipeline transformation of boiler secondary air quantity in a thermal power unit, an antipurge device with control loop is added, to realize the remote online antipurging function of the sampling pipeline. It solves sampling pipeline blockage during measuring, improves the measuring accuracy of boiler secondary air quantity of 680MW units, and ensures the economy of combustion.
