Abstract:In excavation process of the water diversion tennel of Mupo Hydropower station, the collapse and water gushing were occurred. Aiming at this problem, based on analysis of the surrounding rock geology and the underground water features, some countermeasures, such as ahead ductule grouting, ahead anchor bolt support and steel sopport, were adopted. The excavation construction progress was improved effectively, and favorable economic benefit and social effect were obtained.

Abstract:In Huanglongtan Hydropower Station, in the processes of startup, shutdown and load regulation of the unit No.3, the vibration of the speed controller oil pipeline was too large, which seriously threatened safe and stable operatin of the unit. According to analysis, some measures, such as to reinforce the speed controller oil pipeline and to readjust the route and time of the speed controller in startup and shutdown process, were adopted. The vibration of the oil pipeline was eliminated effectively.

Abstract:Using national economic evaluation method, the internal revenue rates under differential investment of two cooling schames of a mine mouth power plant, which are reservoir composited cooling water supply (oncethrough cooling water supply and recirculating water cooling system) and cooling tower secondary circulation method, were compared. The comparison conclusion is that the scheme of reservoir composited cooling water supply is superior to the cooling tower secondary circulation method. The technical advancement and the economy of the scheme are as below. The water temperature of the reservoir, whch is locates in piedmont of high latitude area, is more lower. The back pressure of the steam turbine with final stage long blade is lower. The Rankine cycle efficiency of the unit is higher. The evaporation loss of the water resource is reduced as far as possible, so the water saving effect is excellent. The difficulty of the reservoir to melt ice in winter is solved, and the discharge is meets with the standard of thermal discharge of the reservoir. The scale of the project is larger, and the social effect is favourable. The coal mine, the thermal power generation, the hydropower generation and the reservoir were developed integratedly, which formed great intensive advantages and comprehensive development effects. The generating cost of the plant is lower. The reservoir composited cooling water supply scheme is an innovative application of the oncethrough water supply cooling system in arid region.

Abstract:To provide power supply for oil pumps of the steam turbine and the feed pump turbine and other important loads under unit fault condition is the key task of the 400V emergency power supply system of power plant. The startup failure of the diesel generator set in the emergency power supply system will caused the 400V emergency power supply system to be not able to supply power under emergency condition, which may lead major accident and massive loss. Based on conventional design of the emergency power supply system for 1000MW unit given by design institute, a new scheme was proposed, which can improve the reliability of the 400V emergency power supply system effctively.

Abstract:According to the local raining condition and the port position features of the Cambodia Sihanouk Power Plant, aiming at the problems existed in original drainage system of the coal yard and the ash yard, a new overflowtype drainage scheme was proposed. The analysis shows that the overflowtype drainage scheme can meet the drainage requirement. Meanwhile, the scheme can reduce the cost by about 3.34 million yuan.

Abstract:A false trip accident of generator differential protection, which was caused by poor contact of secondary circuit of current transformer, was described. Using the circuit model of current transformer, the mechanism of overvoltage fault caused by opencircuit of secondary winding of current transformer was analyzed. The opencircuit test of secondary circuit of current transformer was carried out in laboratory. The relationship between the overvoltage and the primary current was verified qualitatively. At last, several methods to check the poor contact of secondary circuit of current transformer were given.

Abstract:The redundant I/O module technology used in maxDNA distributed control system to improe the system reliability was introduced. Aiming at different applications, there are two modes for the I/O module redundant configuration of the maxDNA system, which are the redundant I/O module redundancy and the mixed redundancy. In the mixed redundancy configuration mode, there are two mixed I/O switching over modules YMODULE and IMODULE, which provide different ways to connect nonredundant I/O modules into I/O bus network. In actual application, according to actual needs, it is able to adopt flexible redundancy configuration for the maxDNA system to improve the system reliability.

Abstract:In a substation, the line clamp terminal of the EHV transformer failed due to fracture. Mechanical property test, microstructure analysis, sample fracture analysis and finite element calculation for the clamp terminal were carried out. It was determined by the analysis results that there were defects in the clamp terminal material, which include the micro-pores, the casting shrinkage hole (or loose) and others. Meanwhile, the bolt pretightening force during the clamp terminal installation was too large. These caused the fracture failure of the clamp terminal. Some targeted improvement suggestions were given.

Abstract:The grounding shortcircuit fault of the brushless exciter occurred due to coke powder pollution. Based on analysis of device structure, the parameters needing monitoring and adjusting during operation, such as temperature and insulation parameters, were proposed. Abstract:Taking the 1000MW generator set of a power plant as example, the monitoring data of vibration of each bearing during commissioning period were analyzed, and it was found that the vibration of the bearing bush No.7 exceeds standardpermitted value. According to investigations of startup process repeatedly, the reason of the vibration was found. The targeted measures were adopted, and the problem of vibration of bearing bush No.7 was solved.

Abstract:Taking the reactor of SCR system of the unit in a thermal power plant as study object, using the Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software, numerical simulation analyis of the flue gas flow field of the reactor was carrid out. The guiding device of the system was designed by oneself. The flue gas contents and vilocity field, the ammonia mass fraction distribution and the flue gas pressure drop of the system under the boiler maximum continuos rating condition were analyzed. The features of the structural arrangement of the reactor was evaluated. The research results can be used as reference for design and improvement of the guiding dvice and the ammonia injection grid of the SCR reactor.

Abstract:The application of fluidized ash material level detector in dense phase positive pressure ash conveying system of electrostatic precipitator was introduced. The working process of the electrostatic precipitator and the relation between variation of material level of ash hopper and the working condition of the precipitator were expounded. The importance to detect the material level of the ash hopper and the ash fluidization status were described. The fluidized ash material level detector was recommended for supervision of the ash hopper material level of electrostatic precipitator and the fluidization status. By the measure, the automatic control of ash hopper material level was realized, and the operation reliability and the ash conveying efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator were improved. At the same time, the supervision results provide theoretical foundation for operation analysis of air and gas system and coal pulverizing system of the boiler and the environmental emission reducing.

Abstract:In order to test low voltage ridethrough(LVRT) function of high power photovoltaic converter, designing work of high power grid simulator is in need. Based on TI Company′s floatingpoint DSC processor—TMS320F28335, researchers structured a dual threephase bridge inverter system, i.e. integrating controllable rectifier and converter system into of dual threephase bridge system, for the purpose of creating grid simulator. Sampling voltage and set voltage were performed on double dq decomposition, thus segregating positive and negative sequence voltage, to realize asymmetric voltage drop. Meanwhile, a 100Hz notch filter was adopted in the decomposition process.Connected with photovoltaic converter, a power loop was formed; the system completed LVRT performance test successfully with only a little power consumption.
