摘要: 随着火电厂燃煤价格的持续走高,提高锅炉效率是发电企业深度挖潜且提高企业竞争力的有效途径。制粉系统的优化调整对于提高锅炉效率至关重要。利用电站锅炉相关试验方法对火电厂制粉系统进行了调试,分析了制粉系统调整对锅炉效率提高的影响,为火电厂制定合理的技改方案提供依据。

Abstract: Along with the continuous raising of coal price, increase of boiler efficiency is an effective way for tapping potential of coalkfired power plant and increasing of enterprise competitiveness. The milling system optimal adjustment is very important for increase of boiler efficiency. The milling system of Datong Second Power Plant was adjusted by using relevant testing methods of power boiler, the influence of milling system adjustment on the boiler efficiency was analyzed. The analysis provides a foundation for rational technical reformation scheme.
