中间储藏式制粉系统优化探讨

摘要: 针对华润电力登封有限公司制粉系统存在的三次风带粉率高、排粉机磨损严重、制粉单耗高等问题,详细介绍了制粉系统运行关键参数的选取方法,提出了制粉系统综合整治与优化的具体措施。华润电力登封有限公司制粉系统经优化调整后,节能效果十分显著。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems existed in pulverizing system of Dengfeng Corporation Limited of China Resources Power Holdings Company Limited, which includes the high entraining pulverizing coal rate of tertiary air, the rotor of serious wear of the mill fan and high energy consumption for coal pulverizing, the key operation parameters of pulverizing system were introduced in detail, and some concrete measures for comprehensive improvement and optimization of pulverizing system were proposed. The energy saving effect of the pulverizing system is remarkable after the optimized regulation.
