摘要: 振动是汽轮发电机组经常发生的故障,深入研究机组振动发生、发展的机理,正确诊断并及时提出治理措施,对机组的安全经济运行至关重要。通过对某公司1台210MW汽轮发电机组在低速时出现异常振动现象且机组不能正常启动的情况进行了分析,认为转子的质量不平衡是机组振动大的主要原因。处理后,使机组瓦振及轴振都达到了理想指标。

Abstract: The vibration of steam turbine-generator set is common fault. It is very important for safety and economic operation of turbine-generator set that to deeply study the mechanism of vibration occurrence and development, to diagnose the fault correctly and to propose treatment measures timely. There was abnormal vibration occurred in a 210MW steam turbine-generator set of a corporation at low speed, and the set could not start-up normally. It is believed by analysis of the set status that the main reason caused the larger vibration of the set is the rotor mass no balanced. After treatment, the both of bush vibration and axis vibration were reduced to the ideal target.
