摘要/Abstract

摘要： 华电国际邹县发电厂4台锅炉的吸、送风机自投产以来多次发生故障，经过不断的改进、治理，取得了一些成果。详细介绍了动叶可调轴流式风机安装、维修过程中存在的问题，以及风机运行中出现机械故障的状态诊断、原因分析及处理方法，以供同行参考。

Abstract: The induced draft fan and forced draft fan of four boilers in Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant were failed repeatedly since they were put into operation. Some improvement measures were adopted, and some results were obtained. The problems existed in erection and maintenance of axial flow fan with adjustable moving blade were presented. The diagnosis of mechanical failures occurred in fan operation was described, the failure reasons were analyzed, and the handling methods were given. All these can be used as reference for whom of same trade.
