摘要: 我国是国际上少数几个以火电为主的国家之一,丰富的煤炭资源决定了我国电力装机在较长时间内仍将以火电为主,但电源结构不尽合理。针对这一实际情况,今后在电力建设发展过程中,应优化发展火电,大力发展能耗低的洁净发电技术,加速推进煤、电、港一体化建设,在多水少煤的沿海地区大力引进建设单机容量1 300MW及优化型超超临界一次再热发电技术,实现我国电力的可持续性发展。

Abstract: China is one of few countries in the world main power production of which is thermal power generation. China is rich in coal resource, and this determines that in longer term the main installed units of our country will be thermal power units. But the power source structure is not all rational. Aiming at this situation, hereafter, in development of electric power construction, must optimize the thermal power generation development, must vigorously develop the clean power generation technology, promote the integration construction of coal, electricity and harbor, and in coastal areas, which is rich in water and poor in coal, must introduce and construct 1300MW unit, and introduce the optimal ultrasupercritical single reheat generation technology, and those will helpful for realization of sustainable development of domestic electric construction.
