摘要: 对海水淡化与发电项目同步建设的可能性进行了研究,通过计算电厂温排水废热排放总量与北方膜法海水淡化全年各月需补充热量,提出了有效利用电厂冷却系统温排水(直流冷却及循环冷却2种方式)热能以提高海水淡化系统效率的方法。通过对比,海水淡化项目利用电厂直供电价,能够有效降低海水淡化总成本20%左右,同时,海水淡化项目用电能有效提高电厂满负荷年运行小时数及其盈利能力。最后指出,2类项目同步建设具有节能环保、节能减排的循环经济意义。

Abstract: In this article the feasibility of combination between power plant project and seawater desalination project in a recycling economy way was studied and an analysis about the heat load of certain power plant and the heat load needed by a certain scale of seawater desalination project was conducted. A method to utilize the heat of warm blow down seawater was proposed, both once through cooling system and recycling cooling system, which can raise the efficiency of the desalination system. Through comparison the combination of seawater desalination plant and power plant can reduce desalination cost by almost 20% and lift the power plant’s full capacity operation time and its according profit ability. In the end,this study declared that the combination of these two kinds of project was identical to the idea of recycling economy.
